Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Store Manager to shape the guest experience, coach the team, and exceed store and personal sales targets. You will lead daily operations, maintain brand standards, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

This hourly role includes training, leadership calls, and ownership of the store's sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing consultants, meeting metrics, and ensuring excellent customer interactions.

Formación

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or leadership experience.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
