Victra is hiring a Store Manager to lead a Verizon Authorized Retailer location. You will coach your team, drive sales, and manage daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes guest experience, training, and accountability for performance metrics. You will set the daily sales plan, motivate staff, and ensure brand standards while coaching your team to surpass goals and deliver the Victra standard of customer service.

Qualificações

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in interviewing and hiring the best talent for your store — the team you build is the team that delivers your results.
• Training and mentoring your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic.
• Identifying any selling skill gaps, then building and implementing development plans to help the team meet and exceed sales metrics and quota assignments.
• Take personal ownership of the store's overall sales performance — hold yourself accountable to the same standard you set for your team.
• Taking direction from District Manager on day-to-day operations while maintaining an elevated level of personal accountability for all store functions.
• Keep score daily — review your store's and your own key sales metrics every day, not just weekly, and use that daily scorecard to course-correct before small gaps become missed monthly targets.
• Running store operations – analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, meeting compliance, opening trouble tickets with Facilities/Network/IT as needed to ensure store up-time and functionality.
• Completing store opening and closing activities.
• Collective responsibility on attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching and motivating your team to reach the next level of performance.
