Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager, you shape the guest experience by coaching your team to deliver their best to Every Guest, Every Time. You will drive store sales, manage daily operations, and ensure brand standards are maintained.

You will develop your sales consultants, lead performance initiatives, and participate in weekly leadership calls to push for high-performance results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coach and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Select, hire, and develop the best talent for the store.
• Train and mentor the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by managing flow and traffic.
• Identify skill gaps and build development plans to hit sales metrics and quotas.
• Own the store's sales strategy and daily targets; analyze metrics and adjust plans as needed.
• Complete daily store operations, ensure brand compliance, and open/close procedures.
