Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-energy retail team in a fast-paced Verizon store. You will coach sales consultants, drive guest experience, and own daily sales strategy and operations to meet targets.

You will train and develop staff, manage store activities, and ensure brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service. This hourly role offers paid training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, wireless, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and drive team performance.
• Ability to motivate others and coach for results.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, and develop store team to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Drive store sales and customer satisfaction through lead generation and coaching.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, and brand standards compliance.
• Monitor and report sales metrics; own daily/shift plans and KPIs.
