Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding store goals. You will coach Assistant Store Managers and Sales Leads, maintaining brand standards and strong product knowledge.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage scheduling including nights and weekends, and collaborate with HR on performance issues to sustain growth and fan loyalty.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills and care in interactions with customers and teammates.
• Ability to recruit, retain and develop a high-performing team.
• Analytical mindset with business sense to drive sales and KPIs.
