Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead our US North America stores. You will coach a team on the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales growth through hands-on leadership and brand passion.

With 3–5 years of store leadership in a high-energy environment, you will recruit, develop talent, and create loyal fans of Pandora while partnering with regional teams to maintain standards and schedule coverage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team, coach and motivate staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Engage customers on the sales floor to drive sales and build brand loyalty.
• Uphold Pandora standards in visual merchandising and store operations.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues.
• Manage schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
