Job summary

Psycho Bunny seeks an experienced Store Manager in the United States to lead a bold, customer-focused store team, drive sales KPIs, and manage profitability within a premium retail environment.

Reporting to the District Store Manager, you will cultivate an inclusive culture, oversee visual standards, and coordinate omnichannel programs while navigating budget considerations and schedule flexibility to achieve goals and growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and People Management: create an inclusive team environment and establish a clear store vision based on key metrics and initiatives.
• Working With Others: build productive relationships across the team to support guest experience and store operations.
• Guest Experience: develop a loyal customer base through clienteling, understanding guest needs, and supporting omnichannel programs.
• Operations: ensure visual standards, budget planning, and P&L management align with sales goals and policies.
