Psycho Bunny is seeking a Store Manager for The Mall at Millenia, Orlando, on-site. You will lead a team, drive sales and KPI performance, and uphold brand standards across operations and customer experience.

With 5+ years of retail leadership, you will steer store initiatives, coach staff, and manage budgets while delivering exceptional guest service and omni-channel programs. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and People Management: create and foster an inclusive team environment and culture, establish a vision for the store based on key metrics and initiatives and cascade these to all team members.
• Working With Others: establish productive relationships with all team members, focus on personal and professional development, ensure collaboration to achieve goals.
• Guest Experience: build a loyal customer base through clienteling, analyze customer profiles and trends, coach team to ensure great guest experiences including in-store transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Operations: ensure execution and maintenance of visual standards, manage quarterly/annual store planning, and oversee budget and store P&L in line with goals and policies.
