Peet’s Coffee Inc. is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead a busy store in California. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years management/supervisory experience within service, food industry or equivalent related experience and training.
• Open availability and ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team by fostering accountability, growth, and high performance to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive sales and achieve financial goals by executing business plans and analyzing reports.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Schedule staffing to meet productivity, speed, and service goals while controlling costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant coffeebar operation and ensure adherence to labor laws.
