Peet’s Coffee is hiring a Store Manager in Tiburon, CA to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role focuses on driving sales, managing inventory and labor, and upholding quality standards across daily operations.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, ensure scheduling aligns with business needs, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork. Competitive hourly pay plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years management/supervisory experience within the service, food industry or equivalent related experience and training in related industry.
• Required to maintain open availability and follow management scheduling guidelines working 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work a variety of hours/schedules to support business needs (early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays).
• Must be able to comply with Peet's Employment of Minors policies and supervise and work with minors.

• Utilize Peet’s tools to schedule, deploy, and manage staffing to meet productivity, speed, and service goals.
