Job summary

Peet’s Coffee seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a team with focus on service excellence and sales growth. You will manage operations, inventory and staff, while coaching employees to deliver a top-quality coffee experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management/supervisory experience in service or food industry.
• Open availability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service, drive sales and financial goals.
• Drive inventory, cash handling and reporting to identify growth opportunities.
• Create a positive work environment by recognizing achievements and encouraging open communication.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team with ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Maintain high standards of coffeebar operations: cleanliness, organization, product quality, staffing and safety.
• Schedule, deploy and manage staffing to meet productivity, speed and service goals.
• Demonstrate sound judgement and de-escalation in a fast-paced environment.
