Peet’s Coffee is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced café environment. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in food service, flexible availability, and the ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years management/supervisory experience in service or food industry.
• Open availability and 40-hour weekly schedule.
• Ability to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
• Must perform physical tasks as described in the job.
