Famous Footwear, a leading footwear retailer, seeks a Store Manager in California to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a diverse team. You’ll ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and store presentation.

You’ll develop talent, manage resources, and align store goals with corporate targets. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic staffing, and delivering a best-in-class shopping environment for families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop store associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the Customer Connection by developing talent and coaching.
