Haffner’s is seeking a Store Manager in Wells, ME to lead daily store operations and provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. This role works with staff to ensure company policies are followed and excellent customer service is delivered.

• Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Positive role models for their fellow employees.
• Can complete the daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures.
• Trains new employees according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
• Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner. Reports all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
• Completes and delegates shift duties to keep store conditions in accordance with company expectations.
