Responsibilities

• Resolves customer concerns, complaints, or requests promptly and reports feedback to the Store Manager.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Performs daily administrative tasks in the absence of the Store Manager according to procedures.
• If Store Manager unavailable, the Assistant Manager completes all managerial duties.
• Serves as a positive role model for employees.
• Supervises employees in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Delegates shift duties to keep store conditions aligned with Store Manager expectations.
• Assists the Store Manager in following up on daily shift duties.
