Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving sales goals. You will help lead a team, promote Lush values, and manage daily operations with a focus on staff development and brand integrity.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail supervision, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work varied hours. Expect a dynamic, brand-driven environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising in retail (1–3 years).
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory, and sales abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed daily sales goals.

• Analyze store metrics and budgets to drive profitable sales performance.
