Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Store Manager in Florida to lead store operations, drive sales, and nurture a high-performing team. You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff while upholding brand standards and exceptional customer experiences across our North American shops.

You’ll manage budgets, track KPIs, and promote ethical practices, working with a passionate, values-driven team dedicated to growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
