Toys“R”Us is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team at our Columbia Center location. You will drive daily operations, coach Associates, and ensure an engaging, customer-focused store atmosphere that aligns with our Pillars of Play and sales objectives.

The role requires a BA/BS or Associate’s degree and at least two years of retail or related leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage KPIs, merchandising standards and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, hospitality or events.
• Proven retail store manager with sales focus.
• Strong leadership, accountability and feedback.
• Knowledge in retail operations, merchandising and loss prevention preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Proficient computer skills; POS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate team to deliver the customer experience.
• Lead daily operations and sales targets.
• Partner with visual merchandising, promotions, events, training and finance.
• Coach and develop Associates; conduct reviews.
• Plan and analyze KPIs; drive store performance.
