Job summary

Toys“R”Us Columbia Center is hiring a Store Manager who will lead the store team, set a positive customer-focused tone, and ensure daily operations align with our Pillars of Play.

You will drive sales, develop Associates, and collaborate with Merchandising, Promotions, Events, Training and Finance to deliver a memorable in-store experience.

A BA/BS or equivalent is required, with at least two years in retail management; the role demands flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management with a sales focus.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and merchandising knowledge.
• Proficient computer skills and POS experience preferred.
