Toys"R"Us is seeking a Store Manager at our flagship Outlets of Little Rock to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a high-energy team in delivering a memorable customer experience. You will bridge Customers with Merchandising, Promotions, Events, Training and Finance to ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, hospitality or events.
• Proven experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• Self-motivated, accountable, responsible and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create an animated, appealing environment that motivates the team and delivers a memorable customer experience.
• Build a customer-centric team by recruiting, hiring, training and retaining staff.
• Provide leadership and accountability with training and performance reviews.
• Plan and analyze the business, establish strategic plans and KPI targets.
• Teach and share knowledge with Home Office and store staff.
• Run a safe, profitable, and entertaining store with proper policies and loss prevention.
