Job summary

Toys“R”Us is seeking a Store Manager for the Tanger San Marcos flagship. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, develop talent, and partner with Merchandising, Promotions, Events and Finance to deliver a memorable Customer experience.

You’ll coach the team, manage budgets, set KPIs, and create an animated environment that reflects our Pillars of Play. A BA/BS or Associate degree and retail leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail store management or equivalent.
• Experience with sales targets and customer service.
• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising and loss prevention.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
