Toys“R”Us in Tippecanoe Mall seeks a Store Manager who can lead a team to deliver a memorable, fun customer experience while achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership to mentor Associates and coordinate with Merchandising, Promotions, Events, Training and Finance to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of retail store leadership, customer focus, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment with a passion for play and teamwork.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, hospitality or event management.
• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Knowledge in retail operations, inventory control and loss prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Develop the team and provide coaching and feedback.
