Job summary

Toys“R”Us at Tippecanoe Mall seeks a Store Manager who will lead the team, drive daily operations, and deliver a positive, memorable customer experience. You will partner with Merchandising, Promotions, Events, Training and Finance to achieve sales targets while fostering a fun, engaging store culture.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling and performance reviews to elevate Customer experience, team engagement and store performance, with a BA/BS or equivalent and 2+ years retail leadership

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control is preferred.
• Experience in behavioral coaching, training and development is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office; POS experience preferred.
