The role emphasizes developing a strong team through coaching, performance reviews, and adherence to company initiatives. 18+ and flexible to work nights/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and complete training programs.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week and flexible shifts (night/weekend).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Recruit, interview, and hire high-caliber employees for in-store needs.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
