Job summary

Journeys is hiring in-store leaders to recruit, train and manage a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, provide coaching, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding company standards.

This full-time role requires 18+ and a willingness to work nights and weekends, with opportunities for rapid advancement through internal training programs and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Completion of all training programs leading up to Manager in Training or equivalent.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Recruit, interview, and hire in-store staff.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching and accountability to employees.
• Ensure company initiatives are implemented as directed.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Supervise daily store operations and loss prevention.
• Plan weekly staffing schedules.
• Deliver a fun, full-service customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
