Burlington Stores, a leading off-price retailer, seeks a Store Manager in Missouri-Saint Louis. You will oversee all store operations, drive sales, mentor teammates, and partner with leaders across the network to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

Responsibilities include leading daily merchandising, operations, and service management; managing a multi-million-dollar budget; recruiting and coaching staff; and ensuring policy discipline with integrity and trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policy and initiatives.
• Ensure team fulfills individual responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, debits/damages, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and follow Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets with reporting oversight.
• Recruit, screen, and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new associates; coach and develop team.
• Handle personnel relations issues and employee well-being.
• Oversee payroll budgeting, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Foster effective communication among store, district and regional teams.
