Burlington Stores, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations and drive sales with a focus on leadership, service, and integrity.

You will manage day-to-day merchandising, operations, and customer service to deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor and coach a team of associates, manage staffing and payroll, and coordinate with district and regional teams to optimize results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy implementation and performance.
• Partner with merchandising and operations to coordinate product placement, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget with accurate reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store staff; provide coaching and guidance.
