Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and standards.
• Oversee inventory accuracy including receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budgets.
• Recruitment, screening and hiring of associates to meet staffing needs.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new associates and provide coaching.
• Foster effective communication among store, district and regional teams.
