TEAM Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Store Manager in Minnesota to lead store operations and high-performing sales teams. You will recruit, coach, and develop Sales Representatives while ensuring operational excellence and achieving company sales goals.

Applicants must live within a 40-mile radius of the assigned store within 60 days of starting. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits after 60 days of employment and competitive earnings potential up to $150,000+

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
• Lead by example through personal sales performance and exceptional customer service.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement employee performance improvement plans as needed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and career development discussions.
• Foster a positive, productive, and engaging work environment.
• Effectively manage employee turnover and staffing needs.
• Ensure all employees understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Be present for all new hire onboarding and setup activities.
