TEAM Wireless is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations near Lewistown, MT. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability in a Verizon Authorized Retailer.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and strong retail management skills, with a focus on driving sales, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales Representatives.
• Coach and mentor team; manage onboarding and training.
• Drive store sales and profitability with company initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee daily store operations and inventory accuracy.
• Create staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and Verizon requirements.
