Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver Every Guest, Every Time while exceeding store and personal sales targets.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage daily store operations, drive performance, and develop your sales consultants through training and mentoring, while maintaining brand standards and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service or retail leadership.
• Experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: hire and develop store staff.
• Drive top-line results by coaching the team and executing the sales strategy.
• Lead daily operations and ensure store readiness and brand compliance.
• Manage customer flow, resolve escalations, and maintain high service levels.
