You will coach sales consultants, drive store performance, and own day-to-day operations while ensuring brand standards and customer satisfaction. This hourly leadership role offers paid training, career growth, and opportunities to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Participate in interviewing and hiring the best talent for your store — the team you build is the team that delivers your results
• Training and mentoring your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic
• Own the store's daily sales strategy: set the plan for each shift based on traffic, promotions, and staffing, and adjust it through the day as results come in
• Analyze staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, and manage store operations and compliance
• Coaching one-on-one to reach the next level of performance
• Lead by example on the sales floor and motivate the team to achieve targets
