Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver excellent service and achieve store targets.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage day-to-day operations, and drive results while ensuring brand standards and store uptime. This hourly role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
