Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As Store Manager, you will shape guest experience by coaching your team, driving high-performance sales, and ensuring brand standards across daily operations.

You will train and develop sales consultants, lead by example on the floor, and own the store's sales strategy and results. You will manage talent, meet targets, and communicate the company vision through day-to-day leadership, weekly calls, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interviewing and hiring the best talent for your store and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Take ownership of store sales performance and drive accountability across all store functions.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, coach one-on-one, and motivate the team to reach higher performance.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure timely escalation handling and customer satisfaction.
• Champion merchandising standards, planogram changes, and store operations to optimize results.
