Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, seeks a Store Manager to shape the guest experience and drive performance. You will coach the team, meet store and personal sales targets, and participate in leadership calls and training to own the store’s results.

You’ll lead daily sales activities, maintain brand standards, and ensure operational readiness while fostering talent development and an exceptional customer journey across Every Guest, Every Time.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or wireless environments preferred.
• Leadership experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to motivate and develop a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interviewing and hiring the best talent for your store.
• Train and mentor your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Own the store's daily sales strategy and plan staffing accordingly.
• Analyze store performance and ensure target attainment daily/weekly/monthly.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and drive customer satisfaction.
