Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Store Manager (full-time) to lead all store operations in Grapevine, TX. You will drive sales, manage staff performance, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding the brand standards and loss prevention policies.

You will hire, train, and motivate a team, coordinate visual merchandising and promotions, and maintain budgetary controls. The role requires flexibility in schedule including weekends and holidays and a focus on delivering a premium shopping

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience with staff supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
