Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing store teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive store sales, build brand loyalty, and exceed KPIs through omnichannel engagement on the sales floor.
• Ensure visual merchandising, operations, and staff development are executed to Pandoras standards.
• Collaborate with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and maintain policy compliance.
