Based in Des Moines, IA, you will coach Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associates, partner with the divisional sales team, and ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of leadership experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performing selling environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates on the sales floor.
• Drive store sales goals by building connections with customers and mentoring staff.
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational excellence across the store.
