Job summary

Work World is hiring a part-time Retail Store Supervisor in Santa Maria, CA to lead daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, assist customers in-store and by phone, open and close the store, and ensure the sales floor remains organized and clean.

The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Prior supervisory or sales experience is preferred, with a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Sales and supervising experience is preferred.
• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Bi-Lingual capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone.
• Open and close the store.
• Direct workflow on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Complete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receipts.
