Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Drive recruitment and staffing for consistent coverage.
• Achieve sales, customer service, and product engagement targets.
• Oversee daily retail operations including POS, inventory, pricing, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate tasks to maintain smooth store operations.
• Act as a brand ambassador and stay informed on product launches.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, shortages, and compliance.
