Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or fuel environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Food Safety Manager Certification (state-required) or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) and back-office systems (S2K, EPOS, time clock).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure staff are trained in safe food and beverage handling procedures.
• Evaluate staff performance and promote development while managing labor scheduling within budget.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper receiving, stocking, and transfers.
