Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate staff to maintain superior customer service scores.
• Maintain an inviting store environment and ensure stock readiness.
• Ensure food safety handling certification and staff training.
• Manage staffing within labor budget; assist with hiring.
• Oversee inventory controls and accurate back-office data entry.
• Operate S2K, EPOS, and other daily operations software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
