Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail management experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Experience in inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling
• Food Safety Manager Certification (state-required) or ability to obtain on hire
• Proficiency with POS and back-office systems (S2K, EPOS, time clock)

Responsibilities

• Hold customer service representatives accountable to measurable results
• Manage location towards acceptable customer service scores, feedback, and results
• Ensure the retail environment is visually appealing and stock is well maintained
• Maintain training and acknowledgement of safe food and beverage handling procedures
• Manage staffing and labor scheduling within budget; report needs to District Ops Manager
• Assist with employee retention and satisfaction
• Input delivery invoices into the back-office system accurately
