Responsibilities

• Perform selected Store Manager duties in their absence, including daily paperwork and approved orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of POS and back-office systems.
• Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assign and inspect shift duties.
• Apply federal, state, and local labor laws to retail operations.
• Promote safety culture by ensuring safety rules are followed.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interact professionally with all team members.
• Not authorized to hire/fire but may recommend regarding performance or discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
