The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with POS/back-office systems like S2K/EPOS. Some flexible scheduling will be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 3–5 years retail management experience, preferably in fuel/convenience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with inventory control, merchandising, cash handling.
• Food Safety Manager Certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Proficiency with POS and back-office systems (S2K, EPOS).
