Hassan & Sons Inc in Auburn, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at our NorCal location. You will guide customer service, oversee staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety and store policies.

This role requires 3–5 years retail management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with POS/back-office systems. The position offers hourly pay $21.50–$25.50 plus benefits, and a schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 3–5 years retail management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Food Safety Manager Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Hold Customer Service Representatives accountable to measurable service results.
• Manage the location to achieve acceptable customer service scores and feedback.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor budgets at the designated location.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper input of delivery invoices into the back-office system.
