This role is a stepping stone toward a General Manager position, with a structured training path (GO100) and ongoing leadership development within Panda’s culture and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and meeting financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Prepare for General Manager role through leadership development and the GO100 program.
