Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and excellent guest experiences.
• This role is part of Panda's leadership development path toward General Manager (GM).
• Undergoes a 12+ week leadership training program to prepare for advancement.
