Responsibilities

• Manage labor, inventory, and visual merchandising according to guidelines.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure cash handling, SOP compliance, and a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee relations.
• Drive store growth through planning, traffic, and profitability strategies.
