Miniso in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will drive sales performance, optimize labor, manage inventory, and promote the membership program to foster loyalty.

You will recruit and develop staff, uphold store standards, and collaborate with the Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations. A flexible schedule and relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores.
• Travel between locations required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a dynamic team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance.
• Manage store operations, labor, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store's membership program.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure store safety, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee performance and relations.
